     “Ophelia” (1852) - painting by John Everett Millais, currently being exhibited at Tate Britain museum in London. It depicts a female character from William Shakespeare's tragedy "Hamlet, prince of Denmark", floating in the river, singing a song before she drowns. The picture is actually based on the Act IV, Scene VII of "Hamlet".
